Specifications

This unit measures 43-1/4"H x 93"W x 33-1/4"D and features (6) stainless steel drawers. The top rail has capacity for (12) 1/3-size 6" food pans (4" pans included), while each drawer can accommodate (2) 12" x 20" x 6" food pans (not included). Drawers possess a load capacity of 250 lbs. each. Nominal capacity is 29.3 cu. ft.

The 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board measures the full 46" width of the unit with a 19" depth. Overall unit depth including the cutting board and rear bumper is 35-1/4". Set on (6) 6" casters, two locking.

Construction

This unit is constructed with stainless steel exterior front, top and sides with coated steel back and bottom. Flush-mount door handle is extruded aluminum. The cabinet interior is constructed with stainless steel sides, back and floor. Interior top is coated steel with  ABS liner. Drawers are 16-gauge stainless steel with 14-gauge stainless steel slides.

Power

This model utilizes a 115V/60Hz/6A/1-Ph electrical connection and a 1/2 HP compressor to maintain cabinet temperatures between 28°F and 40°F. Top rail temperature set range is 16°F to 36°F. Includes 10-foot cord and NEMA 5-15P.
