Description
The Gas Charbroiler is a versatile countertop appliance with heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates and three stainless steel U-style burners with cast-iron radiant covers. It features adjustable pilots with front access, a stainless steel front edge, a 4" wide grease trough, and a stainless steel drip pan. The insulated stainless steel double wall construction ensures efficient heat retention. The metal control knobs with set screws allow for precise temperature control. The charbroiler ships as a Natural Gas unit but includes an LP conversion kit for added convenience. It is field convertible to char rock or combination radiant/char rock cooking methods. With a powerful 120,000 BTU, this charbroiler is perfect for high-volume cooking. Its manual controls and 4" adjustable stainless steel legs provide ease of use and stability.
