Description
The Gas Charbroiler is a versatile countertop appliance that features heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates and a stainless steel U-style burner. It has adjustable pilots with front access for easy control and a stainless steel front edge for durability. The 4" wide grease trough and stainless steel drip pan ensure easy cleaning. The insulated stainless steel double wall construction and metal control knobs with set screws provide added safety. The charbroiler ships with a natural gas configuration and includes an LP conversion kit for convenience. It can be field convertible to a char rock or combination radiant/char rock configuration. With a heating source of lava rocks and a power of 40,000 BTU per burner, this charbroiler offers efficient and versatile cooking options. The width (side - side) is adjustable from 13" to 18" and it features manual controls for easy operation.
