Description
The Gas Charbroiler is a versatile countertop appliance with a width of 15". It features heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates, a stainless steel U-style burner with cast-iron radiant covers, and adjustable pilots with front access. The stainless steel front edge, 4" wide grease trough, and stainless steel drip pan ensure easy cleaning. The insulated stainless steel double wall construction and metal control knobs with set screws provide durability and control. The charbroiler ships as a Natural Gas unit but includes an LP conversion kit for convenience. It is field convertible to char rock or combination radiant/char rock cooking methods. With a power of 40,000 BTU, this charbroiler is cETLus certified and offers manual controls for precise cooking. The 4" adjustable stainless steel legs provide stability and flexibility in positioning.
