Description
The Electric Food Slicer is an automatic slicer with a 12" diameter knife. It features an extended chute and end weight that can accommodate products up to 10-1/2" in height. The pyramid-shaped end weight teeth and gripping teeth on the underside ensure secure slicing. The slicer also includes a top-mounted sharpener, ball bearing chute slide, attached knife ring guard, and a knob for easy installation and removal of the knife cover. The automatic and independent 35° chute allows for efficient slicing. With its anodized aluminum construction and 1/2 HP motor, this slicer is durable and powerful. It also has a removable slice deflector, power indicator light, and motor overload protection for added safety. The slicer operates on 115v/60/1-ph power and is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation. Its angle/gravity feed and belt drive ensure smooth and efficient operation.
