Description
The Food Slicer is a manual slicer with a 10" diameter knife. It features an extended chute and end weight that can accommodate products up to 10-1/2" in height. The pyramid-shaped end weight teeth and gripping teeth on the underside ensure secure slicing. The slicer also includes a top-mounted sharpener, belt-driven operation, ball bearing chute slide, knife ring guard, knife cover interlock, removable slice deflector, and motor overload protection with manual reset. Its anodized aluminum construction ensures durability, and it operates on 1/3 HP power. The slicer is designed for manual feed and has a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is both cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
