Description
The Gas Countertop Griddle features a highly polished 1" griddle plate that is fully welded to a stainless steel frame. With thermostatic controls every 12", individual adjustable pilots, and a 4" wide grease trough, this griddle offers precise temperature control and easy maintenance. The stainless steel double wall construction with an extended cool-to-touch front edge ensures safety and durability. It has a cooking surface width of 19"-24" and a depth of 20"-23". The griddle is equipped with 4" adjustable heavy-duty stainless steel legs and has a total BTU of 60,000. It comes with a natural gas setup and includes an LP conversion kit for added convenience. The all stainless steel exterior and smooth steel griddle plate finish make it a stylish and functional addition to any kitchen. The thermostat/solid state controls provide easy operation and temperature regulation.
