Capacity

This fryer has three 100-pound frypots with 18" x 18" x 5-3/4" frying areas capable of accommodating two dual fry baskets each.

Power

This high-volume fryer uses liquid propane gas to deliver 105,000 BTUs to the frypot. The efficient therma-tube heating system puts the heat directly in the oil for fast heating with less energy.

This model features a durable stainless steel frypot, doors, and cabinet.

Controls
