This dishwasher comes equipped with four different wash cycles so that you can adjust the wash time based on how soiled your dishes are. The cycles are 1, 2, 4, and 6 minutes long, to make sure that all your pots and pans, kitchen tools, dishware, glassware, and flatware comes out totally clean the first time it is washed. This model uses only .67 gallons of water per rack, less than many other door-type dishwashers on the market. A door-actuated start and self-draining stainless steel pump and impeller make it faster and simpler for employees to operate this dish machine. The pillarless design makes loading, unloading, and cleaning much simpler with less obstacles. It is also equipped with digital controls with status indicators that are simple for operators to access and use. This unit can handle up to 60 racks per hour and requires a 208-240V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
