The unit is crafted with a stainless steel front, sides, drawers, and grille, with a galvanized back and bottom. Its interior liner is fashioned from aluminum that resists corrosion. A stainless steel worktop enhances its durability. The unit includes a 4-inch removable backsplash, offering both flexibility and easy cleaning. Full electronic control is provided, and it comes with a standard interior thermometer. The drawers feature snap-in gaskets for secure sealing, and they are designed to pull out both upper and lower pans up to 6 inches deep. The stainless steel drawer frames are supported on telescoping slides, which include a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal from the cabinet. The door is self-closing and equipped with a 120º stay-open feature, thanks to cartridge-style hinges. The door opening also incorporates low-wattage, anti-condensate heaters. Each door is fitted with a magnetic gasket for a positive seal. The door is field-reversible, though the hinge kit is not included. To provide mobility, the unit is outfitted with 6-inch casters, two of which have brakes for stability. It also comes with two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves for storage versatility.
