The unit is constructed with a sturdy stainless steel front, sides, door, and drawers, while the back and bottom are galvanized for extra durability. Inside, a liner made from corrosion-resistant aluminum ensures long-lasting performance. The worktop is also crafted from stainless steel for added durability. It includes a 4” integrated backsplash for convenience. The appliance is equipped with comprehensive electronic controls and features a standard interior thermometer. The drawers are designed with snap-in gaskets for secure sealing. The doors are self-closing, with a 120º stay-open feature on cartridge-style hinges, and come with low-wattage, anti-condensate heaters for moisture prevention. Each door is fitted with a magnetic gasket to ensure a positive seal. Additionally, there are two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves, along with upper and lower pull-out drawers designed to accommodate 6” deep pans. The stainless steel drawer frames are supported on telescoping slides, featuring a locking mechanism to prevent inadvertent removal.
