The unit is constructed with a robust stainless steel front, sides, door, and grille, and features a galvanized back and bottom for enhanced durability. Inside, a corrosion-resistant aluminum liner ensures long-lasting performance. The top is also crafted from stainless steel, providing extra strength. It is equipped with comprehensive electronic controls and comes with a standard interior thermometer. The backsplash is foamed-in-place, providing an additional layer of insulation. The doors are engineered to be self-closing, with a 120º stay-open feature facilitated by cartridge-style hinges. The door opening is equipped with low-wattage, anti-condensate heaters. Each door is equipped with a magnetic gasket to ensure a secure seal. The unit is mounted on 6” casters, with two of them featuring brakes as standard.
