The unit is constructed with a robust stainless steel front, sides, door, and grille, complemented by a galvanized back and bottom for added durability. Inside, a corrosion-resistant aluminum liner ensures long-lasting performance. The top is also made of stainless steel, providing additional strength. It features comprehensive electronic controls and includes a standard interior thermometer. For flexibility and ease of cleaning, there's a 4” removable backsplash. The doors are designed to be self-closing, with a 120º stay-open feature facilitated by cartridge-style hinges. The door opening is equipped with low-wattage, anti-condensate heaters. Each door is equipped with a magnetic gasket to ensure a secure seal. The unit is mounted on 6” casters, with two of them featuring brakes as standard. Additionally, two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves are provided for organized storage. The door is field-reversible (hinge kit not included). Prop 65 Warning.
