The unit is constructed with a robust stainless steel front, sides, door, and grille, complemented by a galvanized back and bottom for enhanced durability. Inside, a corrosion-resistant aluminum liner ensures long-lasting performance. The top is also crafted from stainless steel, providing extra strength. It features full electronic controls and includes a standard interior thermometer. The 4” removable backsplash adds flexibility and simplifies cleaning tasks. The doors are designed to be self-closing, with a 120º stay-open feature facilitated by cartridge-style hinges. The door opening is equipped with low-wattage, anti-condensate heaters. Each door is fitted with a magnetic gasket to ensure a positive seal. The unit is mounted on 6” casters, with two of them equipped with brakes as standard.
