Frymaster FPRE480-17 : Fryer, Electric, Multiple Battery

The high-production fryer battery is an electric model with four fryers, each having an 80 lb capacity and built-in filtration system. Its open-pot design, automatic melt cycle, and boil out temperature control ensure efficient frying operations. The fryer includes screen-type basket support, hanger, and two twin baskets, as well as stainless steel frypots, doors, and cabinet sides for durability and easy cleaning. With a power rating of 17kW, the fryer meets cULus and UL safety standards. It has four tanks, and its exterior finish features stainless steel on the front and sides. The fry pot is made of stainless steel, and it has a built-in filter for convenient oil maintenance.
