TurboChef I5 Oven, Combination Rapid Cook

The TurboChef I5 Oven is a combination rapid cook oven that is electric and ventless. It has a fully insulated cook chamber and can store up to 200 recipes. It features a digital display, removable rack and grease collection pan, and a pull-down door with an ergonomic handle. The oven also includes top and bottom jet plates, a multi-speed impingement blower, and comes with accessories such as solid PTFE baskets, a TurboChef Cleaner and Guard Starter Kit, and a standard rack. It is made with stainless steel and is cULus, CE, UL EPH Classified, ANSI/NSF 4, and TUV certified. The oven operates as a microwave, impinged, and convection oven and has digital controls.
