The Blodgett CNVX-14G/BCX-14G is a gas convection oven stacked with a gas boiler based combi oven. It has a capacity of (14) 12" x 20" x 2.5" full size hotel pans or (7) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans per deck. It features a double paned glass door, 4-speed reversible fan, 4" temperature probe, and programmable manual control that can store up to 100 recipes. It also includes (7) wire shelves, a retractable hose reel, hardware, and 4" casters. The oven has a total power of 1/2 hp and 180,000 BTU. It is cETlus and NSF certified and has a stainless steel front and sides with a stainless steel interior. The oven comes with 2 decks and is designed for full/standard size pans. Prop 65 Warning.
