Blodgett CNVX-14E/BCX-14E Electric Convection Oven Stacked with BCX-14E Electric Boiler Based Combi Oven

The Blodgett CNVX-14E/BCX-14E is a stacked electric oven system that includes a convection oven and a boiler-based combi oven. Each deck has a capacity of either 14 12" x 20" x 2.5" full-size hotel pans or 7 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans. The oven features a double-paned glass door, a 4-speed reversible fan, a 4" temperature probe, and programmable manual controls that can store up to 100 recipes. It also comes with wire shelves, a retractable hose reel, and 4" casters for easy mobility. The system has a total power of 1/2 hp and 38.0 kW and is certified by cETLus and NSF.
