The Blodgett HVH-100E ADDL HVH-100E Electric Additional Section Hydrovection Oven with Helix Technology is a full-size oven with a capacity of (5) 18" x 26" pans. It features black glass doors, halogen lamps, stainless steel racks and rack positions, a cavity vent, and a SmartTouch2™ 7" touchscreen control. The oven also has a four-speed auto-reversing fan motor, tubular heaters, a 4" fillet core probe, a side-mounted hand shower, and a 304 stainless steel insulated interior liner. It is made with stainless steel on the front, top, sides, and back, and has 8-1/2" stainless steel legs with casters and a stacking kit for stacking with the HVH model. The oven has a 3/4 HP motor and is cETLus and NSF certified. Prop 65 Warning.
