Blodgett HVH-100E BASE Base Section (oven only) Electric Hydrovection with Helix Technology

The Blodgett HVH-100E BASE HVH-100E Base Section is a full-size electric HydroVection™ oven with Helix Technology. It has a capacity for (5) 18" x 26" pans and features black glass doors, (2) halogen lamps, (5) stainless steel racks, and (10) rack positions. The oven also includes a SmartTouch2™ 7" touchscreen control, a four-speed auto-reversing fan motor with overload protection, (6) tubular heaters, a 4" fillet core probe, a side-mounted hand shower, and a 304 stainless steel insulated interior liner. The exterior is made of stainless steel, and the oven is powered by a 3/4 HP motor. It is cETLus and NSF certified. Prop 65 Warning.
