The Blodgett 1048 Double Gas Pizza Deck Oven is a deck-type oven that is powered by gas. It features two 10" high sections with a 48"W x 37"D deck interior. The oven has a mechanical thermostat, QHT Rokite deck, and a spring assist door with concealed hinges. It has a full angle iron frame, crown angle trim, and a stainless steel top, front, and sides. The oven stands on 12" stainless steel legs with a crown angle leg frame and includes a flue connector. Each section of the oven has a power of 85,000 BTU. The oven is certified by cETLus, NSF, and CE. The height of each deck is 10" and the deck construction is made of steel. The exterior finish of the oven is all stainless steel. The deck depth from front to back is 37" and the deck width from side to side is 48" - 59". The oven comes with two decks. Prop 65 Warning.
