The Dealer's Choice Compact Prep Table Refrigerator is a reach-in, one-section unit that is 27 inches wide. It features a roll-top lid, which serves as an overshelf. The refrigerator can hold nine 1/6 pans that are 4 inches deep (included), and it has the capacity to accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep. The exterior of the unit is made of stainless steel on the top, sides, and door, with a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. It has a right-hinged door and an interior made of anodized aluminum. The exterior back and bottom are galvanized, and the refrigeration system is self-contained and rear-mounted. The unit comes with four casters for mobility and has a 1/5 HP motor.
