Blodgett HVH-100G ADDL Singe Full-Size Gas HydroVection™ Oven

The Blodgett HVH-100G ADDL is a HydroVection™ Oven with Helix Technology. It is a gas oven with a full-size capacity that can hold up to five 18" x 26" pans. It features black glass doors, halogen lamps, stainless steel racks and rack positions, a SmartTouch2™ 7" touchscreen control, and a four-speed auto-reversing fan motor. It also has three inshot burners, direct spark ignition, a 4" fillet core probe with cook & hold, a side-mounted hand shower, and a 304 stainless steel insulated interior liner. The oven is made with stainless steel front, top, sides, and back, and it has 8-1/2" stainless steel legs with casters and a stacking kit for stacking with HVH only. It has a 3/4 HP motor and is cETLus and NSF certified.
