Description

The Blodgett DFG-100 DBL is a gas convection oven with a double-deck design and standard depth. Each compartment has a capacity of 5 pans measuring 18" x 26". It features solid state digital controls, 2-speed fans, an interior light, and simultaneous operated doors with glass. The oven is made with stainless steel on the front, sides, and top, and comes with 6" stainless steel legs and a flue connector. It has two 1/2 HP motors and a total BTU of 55,000. The oven is cETL, NSF, and CE certified.
