Description
The Blodgett CTBR SGL is a single-deck, half-size convection oven that is electric-powered. It has a capacity of 5 pans measuring 13" x 18" each. The oven features solid state infinite controls with separate dials for the thermostat and timer, a 2-speed fan, and a single door with a dual pane thermal glass window. It is made with a stainless steel front, sides, top, and back, and has a porcelain interior finish. The oven is NSF, ETL, and CE certified and comes with legs as its base.
