Description

The Blodgett HVH-100E SGL HVH-100E Single Electric Hydrovection Oven with Helix Technology is a full-size oven that can accommodate up to five 18" x 26" pans. It features black glass doors, halogen lamps, stainless steel racks, and ten rack positions. The oven also has a SmartTouch2™ 7" touchscreen control, a four-speed auto-reversing fan motor, tubular heaters, a 4" fillet core probe, and a side-mounted hand shower. The interior liner is made of 304 stainless steel, while the front, top, sides, and back are made of stainless steel. The oven stands on adjustable stainless steel legs and has a 3/4 HP motor. It is cETLus and NSF certified.
