Blodgett HV-100G BASE Singe Full-Size Gas HydroVection™ Oven

The Blodgett HV-100G BASE is a gas HydroVection™ Oven with a full-size capacity. It can hold up to 5 pans measuring 18" x 26". The oven features 3 inshot burners with direct spark ignition, black glass doors, and 2 halogen lamps. It also includes 5 stainless steel racks with 10 rack positions, programmable manual controls for hot air, humidity, and cool down functions, and a four-speed auto-reversing fan motor with overload protection. The oven is equipped with a 4" fillet core probe and USB connection, a side-mounted hand shower, and a 304 stainless steel insulated interior liner. The exterior is made of stainless steel, and the oven has a 3/4 HP motor with a 60,000 BTU rating. It is cETLus and NSF certified.
