Description

The Blodgett DFG-200 SGL is a gas convection oven with a single deck and bakery depth. It has a capacity of 5 18" x 26" pans and features solid state digital controls, a 2-speed fan, interior light, and simultaneous operated doors with glass. The oven is made with a stainless steel front, sides, and top, and comes with 25" stainless steel legs. It has a 1/2 HP motor and operates at 60,000 BTU. The oven is cETL and NSF certified. The control type is digital controls, the interior finish is porcelain, and the exterior finish is stainless steel. It is a standard size oven with a deep/bakery size deck.
