Description

The Blodgett MARK V-200 DBL is a double-deck convection oven with a bakery depth. It has a capacity of 5 18" x 26" pans per compartment and features solid state digital controls, a 2-speed fan, interior light, and simultaneous operated doors with glass. The oven is made with stainless steel front, sides, and top, and comes with a vent connector and 6" stainless steel legs. It has a power of 11.0 kW each and is certified by cETL, CE, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® for energy efficiency.
