Return Policy: "Effective January 1st, 2023 - Equipment may be returned to True under the following conditions: 1. Received written approval from True prior to return with RMA #. Approved RMA’s are valid for 30 days. 2. An inspection by a True representative may be required. If the True representative identifies damage at time of inspection, these damages may be subject to a deduction on the return credit memo. 3. Returned goods cannot have been used and must be in new condition void of any damage (dents, scratches, etc.). 4. Returned goods must be in the original packaging. 5. Returned goods never uncrated are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 6. Returned goods that have been uncrated but are in new condition and have never been used are subject to a 45% restocking fee. 7. Prepaid returned freight applies. 8. Photos of the unit are required in order to approve an RMA.
