This cutting board can also be removed, ensuring users can properly clean and sanitize both the cutting board and the surface underneath it. The top ingredient compartment has room for (12) 1/6-size food pans, leaving space for 12 different ingredients to be stored at food-safe temperatures. This model offers a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, while the self-contained capillary tube system produces forced-air refrigeration. This system maintains a consistent temperature through the top storage compartment and cabinet, which includes 6 adjustable shelves for additional ingredient storage. Each time the compressor starts, the condensing fan motor reverses to blow excess dirt and dust off the condensing coil.
