Also constructed of stainless steel, the interior is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. Coved corners on the floor aid in cleaning since they do not gather debris. The unit's adjustable, cantilevered shelves are coated in PVC, which makes them sturdy, and the rear doors are composed of thermal glass inserts with mitered plastic channel frames. These doors self-close and slide on stainless steel V-channels. The True TCGG-72-S-LD full-service deli case has a temperature range of 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, which is maintained by a self-contained capillary tube system that holds and meters R134A refrigerant. This unit has an extra-large evaporator coil, a high-horsepower compressor, and a large condenser to help maintain cool temperatures. To aid in servicing, the condensing unit slides out and can be accessed from behind a panel at the rear of the unit. The gravity coil refrigeration system is high humidity, suitable for housing salads, deli meats, and cheeses.
