Description
The Food Slicer is a manual slicer with a 14" diameter knife. It features an extended chute and end weight that can accommodate products up to 10-1/2" in height. The pyramid-shaped end weight teeth and gripping teeth on the underside ensure secure slicing. The slicer also includes a top-mounted all-metal sharpener for easy knife maintenance. With its belt-driven operation and anodized aluminum construction, this slicer is durable and efficient. It has a 1/2 HP motor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph power. The slicer is equipped with safety features such as a knife ring guard and knife cover interlock. It is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation for added reliability. Prop 65 Warning.
