Description
The Premium Heavy Duty Advanced Slicer is a manual slicer with a 13" steel knife. It features an LCD display, 4-hour cleaning notification, and a top-mounted removable sharpener with synthetic diamond surfaces. The slicer also has a knife cover interlock, home start, close to stop, interlocked tilting carriage, and auto off with adjustable timer. Its seamless anodized aluminum base and 1/2 HP knife motor ensure durability and efficiency. This slicer operates on 220v/50/1-ph power and is CEE 7/7, cETLus, ETL-Sanitation certified. It is made in the USA and comparable to the 3600N-22050 model. The slicer has a 13" knife diameter, belt drive, manual feed operation, and angle/gravity feed. Its approximate horsepower is 1/2 HP, and it is constructed with anodized aluminum for long-lasting performance. Prop 65 Warning.
