Description
The Gas Charbroiler is a versatile countertop appliance with a width of 24". It features heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates, two stainless steel U-style burners with radiant covers, and adjustable pilots with front access. The stainless steel front edge, 4" wide grease trough, and stainless steel drip pan ensure easy cleaning. The insulated stainless steel double wall construction and metal control knobs with set screws provide durability and control. With a power of 80,000 BTU, this charbroiler offers efficient cooking. It ships as a Natural Gas unit but includes an LP conversion kit for convenience. It is also field convertible to char rock or combination radiant/char rock, making it a versatile choice for any kitchen. Prop 65 Warning.
