The slicer also includes a top-mounted removable sharpener with synthetic diamond surfaces, a knife cover interlock, and a home start/close to stop feature for added safety. The interlocked tilting carriage, adjustable timer, and auto off function provide convenience and efficiency. With a seamless anodized aluminum base and a 1/2 HP knife motor, this slicer offers durability and reliable performance.
