Description
The Gas Charbroiler is a versatile countertop appliance with a width of 24". It features heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates, two stainless steel U-style burners with cast-iron radiant covers, and adjustable pilots with front access. The stainless steel front edge, 4" wide grease trough, and stainless steel drip pan ensure easy cleaning and maintenance. With insulated stainless steel double wall construction and metal control knobs with set screws, this charbroiler offers durability and precise control over cooking temperatures. It ships as a Natural Gas unit but includes an LP conversion kit for added convenience. It can be field converted to char rock or combination radiant/char rock cooking. With a powerful 80,000 BTU heating source, this charbroiler is cETLus certified and suitable for various cooking applications. Prop 65 Warning.
