Description
The Floor Fryer is a gas-powered appliance with a 80 lb oil capacity. It features a high-limit thermostat with auto gas supply shut off for safety. The fryer includes two nickel chrome wire mesh baskets, a stainless steel fry tank, and double rod basket hangers. The 1-1/4" ball-type port drain with extension pipe ensures easy oil disposal. The stainless steel front and door with integral liner provide durability, while the galvanized sides offer additional protection. The fryer stands on 6" adjustable stainless steel legs and has a power of 30,000 BTU per tube. It is suitable for restaurant use and does not include basket lifts or a filter. Prop 65 Warning.
