Description
The Planetary Mixer is a versatile countertop model with a 8 qt. capacity. It features a gear-driven transmission and a front-mounted touchpad control with a 15-minute digital timer. The safety interlocked bowl lift and thermal overload protection ensure safe and efficient operation. The mixer includes a polycarbonate bowl guard with chute, stainless steel bowl, whip, aluminum beater, and spiral dough hook. With a cast aluminum body and a 1/4 HP motor, this mixer is durable and reliable. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph power with a 5.0 amp cord and is NSF and cETLus certified. Prop 65 Warning.
