Description
The Premium Heavy Duty Slicer is an automatic slicer with a 13" steel knife and a Poly-V belt drive. It features two speeds and two stroke lengths for precise slicing. The LCD display provides easy operation, while the top-mounted removable sharpener ensures a sharp blade at all times. The slicer has an interlocked tilting carriage that can accommodate items up to 13-3/4"H x 8" dia. x 11"W. With a seamless anodized aluminum base and a 1/2 HP knife motor, this slicer offers durability and power. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph power and comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. The slicer is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, and it is proudly made in the USA. (This model replaces the 3850N/3975N models, and the frozen option replaces the 3975NF model). Prop 65 Warning.
