Description
This drop-in mechanically cooled pan is designed to accommodate 4" deep pans and includes a stainless steel inner liner and top, a galvanized steel outer liner, adapter bars, and self-contained refrigeration with R290 refrigerant and a 1/2 hp motor. It requires a 68-1/2" x 25-1/2" cutout and is UL, cUL, and NSF certified. It is a full-size (12" x 20") narrow pan with a width of 67 - 72 inches and is insulated for maximum efficiency.
