Univex unit is backed by a one-year, on-site parts and labor warranty. Univex products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the standard warranty period, from date delivered to end user or date delivered to dealer + 6 months, whichever is sooner. All requests for warranty service must be authorized by Univex Service, 800-261-9261, prior to the repair. Any repairs that are not properly authorized by Univex shall be the monetary responsibility of the customer. Customers should request the service provider to supply them with the authorization number prior to performing service.
