The SteamChef 6 Convection Steamer is a gas-powered, boilerless steamer that is double stacked and comes with an equipment stand. It has a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer and a manual bypass switch for continuous steaming. The steamer has a left-hand hinged door and controls on the right. It also features automatic drain and water level controls, a KleanShield interior, and standard treated and tap water connections. The exterior is made of stainless steel and it has 4" adjustable legs with flanged feet. The steamer has a pan capacity of (6) full size pans per compartment, with each pan measuring 12"x20"x2-1/2" deep. It has a width of 26" and is ENERGY STAR certified.
